****Coupon Issues****

Some customers are currently experiencing problems redeeming coupons through PayPal when using eBay Checkout. Please remember the following when attempting to use a coupon:

1. Only one eBay coupon can be used per transaction. Multiple coupons can be used by one account.  However, they must be used on separate transactions.

2. Coupons are email address-specific and cannot be used with any other email address. In addition, the email address which received the coupon must be confirmed on your PayPal account.  This can be done under the Profile tab of your PayPal account.

3. Unless noted, coupons can only be used once. When a coupon has been used, it becomes ineligible for future use.
